Reichert Optimization Screen

 Optimization screens can be made by systematic quadrant optimization.

A lead condition is used to generate 4 separate 24-condition screens.  One or two components within each 24 condition screen is varied systematically among the pH, precipitant, and salt concentration.

The lead crystallization condition must contain one precipitant, one buffer and either one salt or no salt.

All Formulations are 1ml each, delivered in a 96-well block plate with reusable mat cover.
